Do you check files before printing?

Yes. We review file resolution and profile details before production, and we can advise on size and paper choices. This helps catch technical issues early, but it does not replace your responsibility for the content itself.

Is a test print recommended?

A test print is recommended for many projects, especially when paper choice or image tone matters. It lets you see how the artwork translates before the full run is produced.

How do appointments and orders work?

We work by appointment for studio visits and collection in Villenave-d'Ornon. Orders can also start by file upload, email, or a consultation appointment.

How are small exhibition projects quoted?

Small exhibition print projects are quoted by size, media, quantity, and packaging. The usual project range is five to thirty prints, with a deposit required before production begins.

What happens after production starts?

We offer protected flat packaging for collection, and production status updates are available during the process. Final materials and timing depend on confirmed stock and studio capacity.
